We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
